PeriodPalooza is more than a packing party—it’s a high-energy celebration of community, advocacy, and meaningful change.
What’s a packing party?
It’s a vibrant, hands-on event where volunteers unite to assemble one-month period kits, all while creating an atmosphere of fun and connection. And this year, we have a game-changing goal: packing and distributing 1 million period products to students in need across Colorado!

Fun and Festivities: Enjoy music, the Justice Necessary candy buffet, good company, and interactive photobooths while you make an impact!
Packing with Purpose: Help us assemble hygiene kits filled with essential period products, to be distributed to underserved students across Colorado.

Where will these period products be going?
The hygiene kits assembled during PeriodPalooza and affiliated events will be distributed to schools across Colorado, ensuring students have access to the essential products they need to stay focused and confident.

Period poverty affects over half of menstruating individuals in Colorado, disrupting their ability to attend school, work, or participate fully in daily life. By addressing this issue, we’re helping to break down barriers, promote equality, and ensure dignity for everyone.
How can I help if I can’t attend the Denver event?
If you can’t join us in person, there are still plenty of ways to support! You can:
- Donate to and/or sponsor the event.
- Host a packing party in your own community.
- Spread awareness on social media by using our toolkit.
- Organize a drive to collect period and hygiene products.
- We’ll also be traveling across the state, more details to come!
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! We’ll provide all the supplies needed for packing. If you’d like to donate period products, we’re happy to accept them.
