Period poverty and bleeding disorders are inextricably connected—for example, hematologists report that some women don’t realize that they have bleeding disorders until they’re asked about how many period products they go through every month! Justice Necessary is excited to partner with the National Bleeding Disorder Foundation by packing menstrual kits for the Colorado community during their Annual All-Staff Meeting, as well as running a menstrual product drive.
NBDF volunteers packed 500 one-month kits and donated twenty pounds of menstrual products during this event !
